Our Mission
English 2 Spanish was created in 2017 to help fill the growing need for Spanish-language services. Through the values and skills we bring to this work, we aim to ensure that all Spanish-speaking people have access to the services and information they need. We aim for our translations to not only be accurate, but presented in the most regionally and/or culturally specific manner possible. We will accomplish this by working with all individuals and organizations who are looking to more equitably engage the Spanish-speaking communities they live among. We’re here to help.
Our Founder
¡Hola! Hello! My name is Elizabeth. I was born in Los Angeles and raised in Silverton, Oregon and Jalisco, Mexico. I have spent my life split between these two countries, but finally settled in Central Oregon after living in the state of Chiapas for four years. I bring all that I have learned on both sides of the Southern US border to this work.
It is my hope that my love for these countries and their respective cultures is evident in the
work we produce for you.
